Central container cooling plant
 

The decisive factor for the selection of a container cooling system is of course the future operating costs. A series of different cooling systems and the combined systems composed of these units are primarily available:

  • Heat pump systems for heat recovery
  • Cooling tower combined with a ku system as a closed, clean cooling circuit
  • Air heaters for direct recovery of heat

 

Compact chiller

 

The modular cooling system ECOtec.chiller is an example of customised cooling and sustainable energy efficiency. The broadly positioned cooling system consumes less power at a consistently high power density - and in this way helps users to reduce their carbon footprint.

Efficient high-temperature heat pumps
 

The low flexibility in the combination of waste heat sources and lowering presents a challenge for the technical implementation and promotion of efficient plastics production. By means of a heat pump, the useful heat can be efficiently increased.

Energy-saving modules

 

Energy-saving industrial water chillers have the task of drawing off heat from a process. This is done by targeted cooling with cold water at suitable points so as to simultaneously increase production and improve quality.

Cooling towers are a part of a central cooling plant supplied on a turnkey basis which can be controlled by a fully programmable microprocessor.

hermeticool

The use of hermeticool units is suitable wherever the cooling water temperature is at least 5 K above the air temperature. With the hermeticool system, the heated return water is transported to the external free cooler and the heat is released to the ambient air in direct heat exchange. Year-round glycol-free operation is guaranteed with the technotrans hermeticool.

ku-plants

 

Water is an excellent cooling medium. ku plants from technotrans solutions utilise the cooling energy provided by water to carry away heat from production machines in the most trouble-free and cost-effective way possible.

Due to its good heat transfer properties and its high specific heat content, water is excellently suited as a heat transfer medium and is a component of a central cooling system.

Thanks to technotrans water treatment, optimally treated water that is suitable for the operation of cooling systems is always available. Among other things, water softening systems in various sizes are used.
